Studio cozy centre avec Parking

😊: This petite studio apartment is in an excellent location in the historic heart of Grasse, within easy walking distance of all the sights and venues you might want to visit. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and excellent use is made of the space. The kitchen is well-appointed (though I didn't use the oven/hob, fridge or dishwasher) and the coffee machine was a welcome touch. The bathroom is small but the shower was great, and the complementary toiletries were appreciated.. 😢: Making use of the complementary parking in a municipal car park 100m from the apartment requires a fair bit of walking to/fro after collecting the keys on arrival and returning them on departure. With an ancient town layout, one cannot expect parking by the premises and the arrangement was welcome, but it is worth bearing in mind. The one genuine negative for me was the bed and bedding. As it is a studio, the bed is a pull-out sofa. For many, it will be more than adequate, but anyone who prefers a firm bed, like me, will find it difficult to get restful sleep. The two pillows were also rather lumpy and did not offer a comfortable place on which to rest my head, either on my back or on my side..

😊: Very clean and cozy place, very good communication with the host. I stayed 5 nights with no problem..

😊: Location is really good - right at the city centre. Apartment was clean and comfortable - perfect for a solo traveller (as I was solo travelling). Kitchen was well equipped.. 😢: There was just one very small window in the apartment - so ventilation could be better. But it didn’t really impact my stay. I quite liked the apartment.
