😊: The location is very convenient, close to all the main sights and also not far from one of the beaches.. 😢: The host stopped communicating about an hour before check-in time and let us wait for over 4 hours without any information about what's happening or how to get in the studio. We nearly booked another hotel thinking we got scammed. He reached out once we contacted the customer service of Booking who offered to cancel the booking if the host doesn't respond within 30 minutes. It turned out that the host lost his phone which of course I understand can happen... Either way, we ended up waiting for hours with all our luggage, not an experience I'd like to repeat. I recommend you communicate well in advance with the host and agree on everything well prior your arrival..
