😊: Small and cosy flat, with all facilities needed Location close to train and metro station, also avaliable restaurants and shops nearby.. 😢: You could hear your neighbours quite well. Not the best neighbourhood in Paris..

😊: Nice, clean, good location, easy to get to. 😢: We could hear people walking up and down stairs and walking around the room above ours - not a huge issue.
