😊: Apartment had the perfect location, close to the restaurants, beach and marina.. 😢: If I had to say anything negative it would be the lack of anywhere to unpack our suitcases.

😊: Love the location, close to the town and close to the beach, super cozy and the air conditioning was perfect after a long hot day. 😢: When we arrived, the dishes and utensils were dirty, weren’t washed properly, so before use we had to wash them in the dishwasher first Shower was clogged, and we had to unclog it ourselves, and I also wish we were provided with a hand soap.

😊: Super Location. 😢: Can be a bit loud late at night in high season.

😊: - location - facilities - equipment - looks nice. 😢: - we experienced really massive and loud drilling to remove floor tiles in the staircase (host did not tell us anything in advance), it was like living on a construction site - workers smoked at the entry and the smell was staying in the bathroom for a long time - wall and door painting happening at the same time (good luck carrying suitcases up to the flat), got our clothes dirty in paint! - 4 out of 6 days were completely ruined because of that construction work, got reimbursed only three nights - our kid was terrified to leave the flat and we had to cancel our vacation earlier (luckily we did not travel by plane) to not have our kid traumatised. What is the point of paying for a centrally located flat when you can‘t access it normally. - second bed was not prepared at all and the flat was not clean at all (poor value for money) - beware: the area is quite loud after 10 pm as it is a rather noisy area - sleeping in the bed is very tricky for people with reduced mobility and the air is not ideal up there, the sofa bed is the better option, but that seems too expensive - poor due dilligence and no communication about the construction works from the host ruined a whole week of vacation!.
