Studio Douillet Hypercentre 12 min de Paris

😊: The location is perfect: a few steps away from the shopping street, but also on a quiet, children-friendly street due to the playground and a park next to it. The studio space was optimum, adequately ventilated. It's obvious that the owner has a good taste: every element (furniture, tableware, equipment, etc.) is thoughtfully chosen and placed, the mock potted-plants add to the fresh ambience. You would feel so welcomed, too, with the generous amenities: towels, shower kit (shampoo, shower gel), a hair dryer, hot water shower, a washing machine, a well-equipped pantry (fridge, microwave, coffee machine, water boiler, an electric stove with two burners), cooking & eating utensils, even salt & pepper and basic herbs, and so on. There's even a set of (card & console) games and mini fans for warm days. The complimentary drinks and snacks add to the generous hospitality.. 😢: The window in the shower room could not properly closed or set still, it swings and makes noise in a warm windy night. It would also help perhaps if there are electricity outlet available near the bed/TV area, if working on a laptop on the high table & bar stool gets too tiring..

😊: Location was perfect, very clean, great communication with the host.. 😢: Not really anything the host could do about the complaint, the studio was very cold without the additional heater, the radiator was not quite heating it enough, however it was snow outside. The host was great and provided an additional heater so no problem, just needed some slippers :).

😊: It was a tidy studio right in the center with shops around the corner..
