Exceptional<br>#128578; In an excellent quite location. Closed to bus stop and markets. A huge, wide room with the fully equipped kitchen. Access to studio was so easy. The owner was very helpfull. He explained every details and answer all our questions politely. Very safe, Car park is in the garden.

I was in Lyon for a week for both business and to see the Women's World Cup with my 11 year old son. We stayed here for a week and had rented a car. The secure off-street parking was wonderful and easy to use. The studio itself is charming and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Food and groceries are close by as is the Confluence area and some wonderful parks/lookouts. It was easy to get around with a vehicle and we saw buses and trains everywhere as well. The appliances were clean and worked well, the beds were very comfortable (we did not sleep on the foldout) and there are supplies to keep the place clean throughout your stay. We were there during the heatwave and the temperature inside was always comfortable - we loved having the large wall of windows and the 'garage door' curtain outside for security and shade. Charlotte was a gracious and communicative host the whole time. We knew multiple people traveling to the cup who had their airbandb properties cancelled at the last minute and put back online for a much higher amount once the demand for housing near the games started rising very high. This did not happen to us and we were very grateful to have a pleasant and honest host, especially when traveling with a child. Should I return to Lyon, I would DEFINITELY stay here. What a wonderful experience! p.s. if you go to the Casino store, use the orange juice machine - it is so cool!

Beautifully decorated comfortable studio located in a quiet neighbourhood. It took only 20 minutes maximum on the bus to Gare Perrache in the city centre. Charlotte was very welcoming and accommodating. She always responded quickly to our queries before arrival. I wish we had stayed longer

Stayed for four nights. Lovely location close to bus and shops. Had everything that you needed. Great shower, comfortable beds and very clean. Would definitely recommend this property. Charlotte was very helpful .
