Studio en plein cœur d’aubusson

😢: We booked a night at the studio. However, when we arrived, the owner said that they didn't have our reservation, but they had previously received our emails and responded to them. They maintained that the room was occupied by someone else, and we couldn't stay there. We were left outside the accommodation for one hour at 8.30 pm in the evening without anywhere to stay and everything was fully booked up in the town.The owner denied that she had received our booking but she had forwarded an email on the previous day confirming that they would send us the access code next day however we never received the code. This whole thing was very upsetting and out of order as we had all the reservation details on our booking.com app.This caused us considerable stress, and the owner did little to resolve the situation or find us alternative accommodation. We eventually found somewhere else to stay later that evening. I wouldn't recommend this accommodation at all..

😊: Nothing. 😢: That after the confirmation I took the time to go to the place and found nobody there Only after more than two hours I got an SMS the place is not available by the owner. Not acceptable. As long term booking user I have to consider alternatives..
