😊: Location is good.. 😢: The check-in process felt like an escape room. I was asked to provide my exact arrival time, yet nobody was waiting for me at reception and my phone calls went unanswered. Eventually, I managed to find the keys through what felt like a visual puzzle, with instructions only in German, which I do not speak. The host sent me numerous messages before my arrival and again before check-out. However, whenever I had a question, I struggled to get a response. For example, the swimming pool was advertised as being open from June, but it was closed during my stay. Despite this, the host continued to insist that it was open. The apartment was also not properly cleaned. There were also cobwebs, and I had to do some cleaning myself upon arrival. The host's last message was, "I'll get back to you," but by that point I already knew I wasn't going to receive a reply..
