Pascale, the owner personally greeted us and were made to feel at home from the very beginning. All was explained and the studio was perfect for the two of us. It provided independence at the heart of Epernay. Pascale also gave us some intel as to where the best places to eat on any budget. The washer and dryer were also handy given our long trip away. We were glad to stay and we treated the studio as if it was our own. Thanks Pascale🥂😎

Convenient for the town centre and Avenue de Champagne. Very clean and well equipped loft one bedroom apartment. Efficient and very necessary air conditioning. Pascale was helpful and friendly. The 45 steps up to the apartment were an issue for us in our late 70’s. There is no lift.

Pascale, the proprietor, creates the experience. Her apartments are comfortable, clean and well-located. But even more important, is her assistance in scheduling visits to the Champagne Houses and her intimate knowledge of the area. Her van is comfortable, her English excellent and the lunch reservations exceptional. I cannot imagine touring this area without her recommendations and scheduling expertise.

Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Pascale was a warm and efficient host that made the whole stay easy and smooth . The historic building has been beautifully restored to its previous grandeur . Great for a short or even longer stay in this beautiful region . Highly recommend
