😊: Off rd parking, quite, comfy bed. Good communication. Nicely decorated.. 😢: Small shower had no screen which mention the floor got vey wet. The cooker did not have an extractor, this being a studio meant the room smelt of whst youe were cooking including the bedding and cloths. A toaster would have been nice as the microwave grill was useless. No where comfortable to sit, a small two seater sofa would have made a big difference especially if staying for more than a night..

😊: The small apartment was easy to find and communication with the owner via email was good and explained well how to find the key and enter the apartment. The apartment was clean and well equipped including tea, coffee capsules and water in the frig - a perfect welcome. 😢: my only recommendation from improvment is for the owners is to send the mail with entry instructions not just in French but also in English as it can be complicated to use a translation app on your cellphone (especially when driving) ..

😊: As a part of a nice villa, the apartment is lovely, with the parking space within the courtyard in front of the house, which makes loading or unloading of the luggage extremely convenient. The location of the house is in the area famous for architectures (villas) of Art Nouveau. It takes about 30 minutes by walking to reach the famous Stanislas Square, covering about 2 KM. Other daily facilities are not far away. The apartment is absolutely a good choice for a short stay in Nancy.. 😢: As other guests mentioned, the shower space is open without a door or curtain. As a result, water can splash out of the bathing space, which is rather limited, almost inevitably, making the bathroom rather wet everywhere, no matter how much care is taken..
