😊: I was a little worried looking at the other reviews, but this little place was perfect for me. This is a really comfortable and well-maintained apartment (especially considering it's an older building). The location is great, especially as a first time visitor! There is everything you need, and it is close to bios and bakeries if you want to pick up other things! A bonus for me was the water pressure - I was expecting to struggle on the fourth floor, but the shower/bathroom was great. The host was really helpful and prompt, and provided clear instructions on checking in and making myself at home. You are very close to big attractions, but in your own little neighbourhood, which I loved. I would definitely come back here.. 😢: Not really a complaint, but other reviewers weren't kidding about the staircase! Definitely got my steps in, but it's not a problem if taken slowly, and for me I liked the building's features. I would say for future visitors, just be careful with heavy bags..

😊: The apartments are conveniently located, close to the historical monuments of the city. The room is quite comfortable, clean.. 😢: We had problems getting into the apartment. The link in the booking app was not active. I had to call the owners. They charged me an additional fee, about 19 euros, to get the access code to the key. The next day they changed the code on the front door and we had problems getting in again..

😊: Honestly, nothing. The apartment was dirty, broken, and uncomfortable from start to finish.. 😢: I stayed here from August 14 to 17 and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an apartment. The place was extremely dirty and much smaller than advertised. The fridge was broken, leaking water, and the floor was filthy. The door handles were old and broken, and the toilet/shower area was in terrible condition, with a literal hole inside the shower. There was no AC or any way to refresh yourself during the summer heat, which is unacceptable. They also force you to pay a non-refundable €20 deposit just to enter, which makes no sense. The carpet smelled and was dirty, and both the TV and internet did not work as promised. The building itself was old, rusty, and very difficult to access. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, and the stairs were unsafe, slippery, and in poor condition. Overall, this place was a complete disappointment and definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Stay away!.

😊: Location was indeed in heart of the Marais BUT... price not worth it! So many other hotels and apartments in Paris. Only pro was washing machine. There was stove top but pans were not sufficient.. 😢: Terrible..It was 38° and there was no fan even provided! Even when I requested. It was an extra €25! Also luggage storage if you checked in earlier another €25. If you have big luggage bigger than handcarry size, forget it! It would be close to impossible to bring it up these itsy bitsy spirall staircase. Also apartment door or floor is not clearly marked so had a hard time getting in. Mistakenly went to higher floor. and had a difficult time contacting property. They only correspond thru whats app Bathroom was old and needs rebovation toilet vowl was so tight. I am 5'4" and hit to sit sideways. No soap or shampoo. You can hear all the street noise until early in the morning. Not peaceful at all...
