😊: Very nice apartment with a great host. Everything you need is there, there was nothing that we missed. Very convenient location, close to lake, bus stop, and Annecy. We loved it :-). 😢: Nothing.

Grazie ad Alexandra per la...<br>#128578; Lo studio è piccolo ma organizzato in maniera impeccabile. Il letto è a scomparsa ma contiene un materasso vero ed è comodissimo; cucina completa di elettrodomestici e stoviglie; tutto molto pulito e arredato con cura, perché anche l’occhio vuole la sua parte. L’appartamento si trova a soli 200 metri dalla riva del lago e a pochi passi dal centro del paese. C’è un piccolo parcheggio privato e diversi parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze.<br>#128577; Nulla

Lovely<br>#128578; Very clean (i can say spotless), comfy, quiet and convenient. Loved the air cond as it was really hot outside. Beautiful view of the castle from the bathroom window. 10min walk to go to the bakery and corner shop, 10min walk to go to the lake, 30sec walk from the bus stop. Alexandra was very kind and friendly. Will defo come back!<br>#128577; The smelly overflowing bins outside as tenants of the building forgot to take them out on the road for collection before my arrival

Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique autant sur la proximité du centre ville de Menthon St Bernard et Talloires que les possibilités de rejoindre assez rapidement les stations de ski environnantes. Nous avons aimé aussi ce charmant studio qui est très bien agencé et équipé. On peut noter un accueil particulièrement chaleureux de notre hôte. On vous le recommande sans hésitations !
