😊: The property is in an ideal location, approximately 150m away from the TUFS ski lift. The photos are representative of the apartment. Staff were helpful in allowing us to checkin to the property early (15:00) despite the overly restrictive checkin times (17:00-19:00).. 😢: There is an additional charge of €52 for towels and bed linen, which do not come included in the booking. You do not receive a bathroom mat as part of the towels package. The listing stated the apartment had wifi. However, there was only two bars of wifi in the hallway, and no wifi connection in the apartment itself. The WiFi was entirely unusable for the entire duration of our stay. Cleaning staff tried to enter the room at 9am, 1 hour before checkout. After calling out multiple times that we were still in the room, they went away. 20 minutes later, they again tried opening the door with their key and did not respond when we tried to talk to them through the door. After failing to get the door unlocked as I held it closed, the cleaning staff left and did not return until after checkout. I felt this was very inappropriate given that we were still in bed and in a state of undressed when they tried to open the door. Further minor grievances include: - only one toilet roll - no hand soap in the bathroom - no dish soap in the kitchen - no kitchen knife - an unnecessarily small chopping board - walls are quite thin, so you can hear neighbours.
