😊: The location is good if you don't have a car. Check-in (getting keys) was easy and fast. Quiet street, unless the neighbor teens are having a gaming session.. 😢: The building and apartment are both very old. A lot of cracks and gaps in the walls. Mold basically everywhere. Needs a massive cleaning and renovation. Don't come here if you can't do stairs. I also can't recommend it for couples, it is small. There was a worm crawling over the bathroom floor, which is actually unacceptable. We are in France, not India. The owner will send a list of rules and things you have to do during your stay which does not feel reciprocated in cleanliness. Dust everywhere, even the plastic plant is covered in it. It feels like the owner expects travellers to keep everything clean (travellers are not cleaning maids!) so they don't have to put in any effort themself and just cash in..
