😊: Excellent location. 😢: Only one key - very inconvenient for 4 adults No secure lockers for skis No emergency signage in corridors Dirty poorly maintained communal areas and corridors around the building No ventilation for bunk bed area - very stuffy and hot at night Toilet / bathroom vents covered in dust Curtain not fitting properly - hanging by few hooks Broken window in door Broken coffee machine - shattered jug Broken double bed - wooden edging loose and dangerous Dish washer leaked and unusable Walls behind sofa had semen / phlegm smeared on it Not enough lighting Sink in bathroom did not drain well Old, bulky furniture took too much space and not useful Overall poorly maintained and dated decor Old mismatching crockery - not a complete set for 4 adults Thin, poor quality bedding - not enough pillows (only 3).

😊: Our 8th time to Tignes, Val Claret. 2nd time staying in the Sefcotel apartments. Ski in ski out. Literally right next to Tufs lift and the magic carpet.. 😢: Slightly dated, the oven didn’t work and the sofa bed was actually just a single pull out from under the sofa, and the second person slept on the sofa. Not a double pull out sofa bed. Wasn’t the end of the world. Pillows were over flat..

😊: Location was good from a skiing perspective, but every where in Val Claret is good.. 😢: There is no linen, towels or toilet paper provided. You can hire linen but only before 6pm.. So after getting “late” check in at 6:30pm, finding there are no towels or linen and then seeing the state of the beds and pillows, it was the greatest start to a holiday. Besides being filthy, the beds and pillows have to be the most uncomfortable things I’ve slept on. You are on top of nightclubs and surrounded by bars and restaurants so it quite loud to the early hours.

😊: the location is ok. 😢: there was literally nothing good about this place other than the ok location. We received no help from the stuff, almost couldn't find the place and it is definitely not suitable for 3 or 4 people.
