😊: Location, cleanliness and comfort are top! Moreover, the place is very well maintened. As a hotelier myself I can vouch for the above.. 😢: Some minor feedback for an otherwise nice place to be: asking for an additional guarantee (where you are charged handling fees) from the property's management firm is not really something I was used to, heaters were off and the apartment was cold upon arrival, might be a nice touch to have some comp coffee capsules to go along with the coffee maker and lastly the sound proofing is not at it's best as if you have noisy neighbors you can hear the noise. All in all though a very nice apartment to rent and explore the nearby areas..
