😊: The location is perfect for walking around in the old town and port.. 😢: The sofa bed is not comfortable. The pillows are two sofa cushions and I don’t think the cover of cushions will be cleaned every time after a customer leaves. The folding door at shower cube is not moving smooth and very small..

😊: This is my 2nd time coming here, the facility is very clean, very quiet and very attractive with its affordable price in the city center ☺️☺️.

😊: Nice little apartment in the heart of Cannes - where we stayed for 2 nights with our child and our dog. I booked this apartment last-minute and we were not disappointed - everything was nice and clean. The host even phoned me to ask if we wanted to check-in earlier that day because everything was ready. Very nice gesture. Upon our arrival the host's mother waited for us with the keys - she was very friendly and welcoming. The flat is around 25 m² but there is everything you need, a small kitchen and also a washing-machine in the bathroom. Very fast Fiber-Wi-Fi from Orange is available. We definitely liked our stay and would come again! On the day of our check-out it was raining heavily outside and I was not able to find a parking spot near the entrance of the building. As we had a lot of luggage it was complicated to check-out on time but the mother's host was very nice to us and we were able to stay a bit longer inside. She even offered me to borrow her rain-jacket in order to not get that wet (it was raining a lot!). All in all a great experience, thank you! :-). 😢: Difficult parking situation around the building. (Empty spaces are rare).

Ottima soluzione per un weekend...<br>#128578; Studio molto vicino al centro, host gentile e cordiale e sempre pronta a rispondere alle domande fatte via whatsapp. La casa è piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario, soprattutto in ambito cucina. In più sono disponibili anche lavatrice, stendino e ferro da stiro. Divano letto comodo e molto facile da aprire e una TV con disponibili Netflix e altri canali streaming a pagamento. Utilissimo il libro di accoglienza con tutte le info utili necessarie. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo<br>#128577; Nella dotazione della casa mancavano le tende che secondo me sono fondamentali visto il palazzo di fronte piuttosto vicino. Da riparare l'aeratore del bagno sempre in funzione e sistemare le luci da accendere con il telecomando perché solo una funzionava correttamente come descritto nel libro d'accoglienza. Il parcheggio purtroppo si trova nelle vicinanze solo con un po' di fortuna ed è a pagamento nelle ore diurne.

Appartement agreable et bien situé...<br>#128578; Un très bel accueil. Disponibilité et sourire. L'appartement est nickel. Équipé comme il faut. (Et bien décoré). Canapé lit confortable. TV netflix. Cuisine fonctionnelle et salle de bain douche agréable. L'appartement est très bien situé à 15 min du palais des festivals et 15 min de la gare à pied.
