😊: Location. 😢: The video link with key collection instructions did not work, and the written directions were inaccurate. Right after entering the apartment, we noticed plastic cockroach traps, which immediately raised concerns. Cockroaches appeared on the second day on the kitchen wall and around the coffee machine. The apartment was also extremely hot when we arrived, and it was impossible to cool it down. The cockroaches were our main concern. We did not intervene on the first day with insect (as we were guesting that this is sth from balcony), but once we spotted them on the second day, we contacted Booking.com. We were dismissed with a claim that we might have brought them in ourselves. I want to emphasize that the poison traps were already set up across the apartment, so the issue was clearly pre-existing. Both Booking.com and the host brushed us off with automated responses and offered zero apologies for the inconvenience. Communicating via Booking and WhatsApp felt like dealing with a bot. I strongly advise against booking this apartment. It may look pleasant in photos, but the cockroach infestation is real, and the place gets unbearably hot on warmer days..
