😊: It was spotlessly clean. The area is very good, close to: place de la republique; metro, the Marais; carrefour mini supermarket; fantastic boulangerie-patisserie in rue du temple; reliable WiFi; excellent and polite staff support in French and English (Eliav) via WhatsApp; efficient shower. Arrangements with two luggage storage firms. Quiet. Safe.. 😢: Using the two access keys was really difficult. The apartment is incredibly small and one can feel quite claustrophobic; spending time indoors requires moving around carefully and living out of a bag or small suitcase. No hooks - for coats. €500 safety deposit required via an outside firm, an internet-based company. I would have welcomed a folder with basic instructions: how to make the keys work; how to use the various appliances (stovetop: provided when I asked for it). In French, English, Spanish perhaps..
