😊: Very close to ARTEM, independent entrance and a nice private garden (although in February only enjoyed hypothetically). Spacious studio, with lots of window area and good facilities. Very quiet. Different from the usual studios, a memorable space. Safe bike parking in the garden.. 😢: Bathroom on the small side, but I’m grasping here. Bookmarked for future visits..

😊: Lovely little accommodation tucked out of the way - you'd never know you were in the center of a city. All facilities were there and working. Garden would be a delight in the summer.. 😢: The only comment would be about the need to vent the shower room..
