😊: Great location. Proprietor was very kind and genial. Clean and very cheap. 😢: The “hot water” never got past mildly warm making showering a bit bracing. Exposed wiring from a wall socket in the kitchen was a hazard and the low, clear glass side table was a safety hazard and totally unnecessary to the room..
😊: The host made me feel welcomed.. 😢: The building itself was a bit outdated..
😊: Host, localisation and cleanliness was exceptional.. 😢: The stairs in the building were dirty and smelly.
😊: Very good price. Location.. 😢: The apartment smells of cigarettes. The kitchen cannot be used, except for the microwave..
