😊: It had everything I needed . I was warmly welcomed, the bed was comfy for one person, (two large people might find it a bit tight and it is against a wall); the studio was warm and quiet , there was gated parking and it was excellent value. 😢: Nothing..

😊: Excellent location for going into Rouen center on public transport. Off street secure parking. Nice to have a small garden to relax. Although small the apartment facilities are excellent. Yamina the host was there to meet us and answered any queries we had very quickly. I certainly recommend staying here.. 😢: Nothing.

😊: It is very convenient for access to the motorway when on a north to south trip.. 😢: Lighter bedding for summer needed..
