Studio N1 plein centre ville

😊: The location of the apartment was fantastic, in the middle of the city, but tucked away in a quiet courtyard. We had everything we needed for a short stay, plus the balcony offered us some much needed outdoor space in the heat of the summer..

😢: The toilet room is tiny. But seems typical to find such a design in France.

😊: Really well situated in the centre but very quiet. Easy to access. Very comfortable bed. The fan was extremely welcome! Perfect for our short break in Rouen..

😊: Wonderful host with quick communication, a fantastic mattress that saved my back, and a central yet surprisingly quiet location. Despite the match and noisy streets that evening, the apartment stayed perfectly calm. And the hairdryer was excellent — small but impressively powerful.. 😢: Some surfaces were quite dusty and the apartment would benefit from a more thorough cleaning. The furniture is a bit dated, though still functional. Also, keep in mind that the building has stairs and no elevator — not an issue for me, but travelers with large suitcases may want to consider it..
