Studio Nemausus

😊: The picture of the studio is corresponding to the actual condition. But the building, the location and the cleanliness of the building is very bad.. 😢: The host didn't provide the code for letter box to get the key of the studio. We struggled during 45 mins to find the find and get into the studio. I called the hosts for at least 5 or 6 times and it went straight to voice message. Left messages and the host didn't even bother to reply. Also tried to get customer support of booking.com, this morning booking.com gave a reply (2 days) later about calling the property contact. Not good enough as overall service..
