😊: The location is close to perfect – just about 50 meters from one of the lifts. A lot of stores, ski rentals and restaurants in the same building or just around the corner. A lot of storage in the room, a good dishwasher.. 😢: The room was dirty when we arrived. Even though there was no trash and the plates were clean and dry, the floor and all the shelves were visibly dusty/hairy etc. It seems that there was no proper cleaning between the guests. The vacuum cleaner is quite weak, there's a mop, but there were no cleaning liquids and sponges, no dishwasher tablets. The room has a different sofa bed than in the pictures, and it doesn't fit as in the pictures, so it takes much more space, and there's just space for one chair left once the bed is set. To call the elevator, you have to use a special tablet which goes with the keys, but there's only one set of keys, which means it's really hard to stay separately for two people (the one that stays home with the keys has to go all the way down to pick up the other, or the one leaving has to take the keys which means the one staying cna't leave etc). The support team via whatsapp is usefull and friendly but sometimes takes half a day to reply. Wi-fi, linen and towels are all to paid for separately..

😊: Location was incredible and worked very well. 😢: Lifts didn’t always work well.

😊: Very small! But was in an amazing location close to the slopes, shops and bars.. 😢: Having to set the bed up was a bit of a pain..
