Studio People - N4 - One-Bedroom Apartment

😊: ' La Terrace' is an exceptional apartment in an excellent location. Facilities were modern and of a very high quality. The entire apartment without exception was clean, confortable and beautifully decorated. Air-con was appreciated in the 30+degree heat we experienced. The terrace provided a very pleasant retreat at the end of a busy two-day sightseeing trip. Location is close to the city centre and parking was accessible outside the entrance door ( payent).. 😢: Small problem understand how to activate the air-con but it was quickly resolved by the owner..

😊: Absolutely stunning, amazing decor, really stylish and fantastic facilities.. 😢: Nothing, it was exceptional..

😊: Great location in the old town and we were able to park right outside. Comfortable bed and good shower. Perfect for a stop over.

😊: The studio was spacious and immaculate. The location for exploring the town was excellent. 😢: There were only 2 factors that meant that I didn’t rate this property as excellent in all respects Firstly the bed was not comfortable. It creaked badly at the slightest movement so as a light sleeper I was constantly waking. Secondly the comments on parking were misleading. Yes there is parking on the street immediately in front of the property but it is restricted to 2 hours during the day. This would not be of concern if the stay was just literally from say 3pm until 11am the next morning but if you want to stay in alençon for the day as we did you have to find another car park. Not a huge problem but feel it should be mentioned beforehand..
