😊: Great location. Very convenient and easy for check in and check out. Host is very responsive and helpful. Perfect for a night in the town.. 😢: The bathroom. towels and sheets were not so clean and can be improved..

The wifi was OK.. 😢: Booking.com's website says "Terrace (there isn't), Inner courtyard view (yes - but it's also the comnmunal bin space), Air Conditioning (there isn't any), Washing machine (it had been 'broken' for sometime, so we were told after it had blown all the power - and to make it work, you had to use the socket across the bathroom door above the sink - not safe), Towels (only a hand towel each), TRV (didn't work - the host wasn't surprised - "needed adjusting on the roof"), Kitchenware (3 plates, no bowls, but lots of spoons!), Dressing room (a separate room to dress in? No), Tumble dryer (see washing machine). This is almost the worst place we've ever stayed in..

😊: Didn’t like it. the bedding was unclean and I couldn’t stay and sleep. I had to look for another room in another hotel . I need my money back!. 😢: The bed was dirty and communication with the property owner was difficult.
