I am very happy with my stay

The French window doesn’t close properly, so the cold air gets in easily. The problem with the front door has been sorted, so that’s easier now. Some of the sockets are broken and need replacing, and there’s dust in a few places. Bonus: it would be great if we could connect the TV to the Wi-Fi so we can cast our screen onto it

The apartment is nice, on its face. Once you get inside, that is. It is very hard to use the key, and no instructions on how to do it, and owing to the condition of the door when we got there, it appeared previous renters have struggled with this also. The key got increasingly hard to use over the six-day stay, and we spent an average of ten minutes each time we came in trying to get the stuck key out of the door. Also, on the third day, the hot water just stopped working. I emailed the owner, twice, to ask about what to do about this, attaching a photo of the un-lit light on the water heater. I never got a response. Still haven't. We did end up getting small amounts of warm-enough water to shower, but not ideal. The patio was nice, though. If you don't mind struggling with a key and taking tepid showers, this place will work for you. I wouldn't rent it again though.

Good accommodation despite a few flaws, particularly the front door lock, which needs replacing.

Studio bien placé, proche du métro B et du tram 1 dans un immeuble bien sécurisé. L'appartement est propre, la literie principale est de qualité. Grand douche italienne pratique. Le chauffage est efficace. Ce studio convient bien pour deux.
