😊: The host was very responsive and connected with me immediately upon my arrival. He ensure that I have no difficulty accessing the premises. The apartment is very conveniently located barely 200 metres from the main town square with several bars and restaurants. He was also very helpful with several of my questions re: parking and restaurant recommendations.. 😢: The apartment is extremely small and has poor ventilation. Even with a fan on for the entire night, it was difficult to sleep when the outside temperature reaches +30C. There is a terrace although it also is very tiny and completely enclosed by building walls - there is no view and no air flow. The entrance hallway also serves as a place to store refuse containers which contributes to a peculiar smell in the stairwell. What I strongly object to is the owner's requirement to collect Euro 250.00 deposit BEFORE providing the keys. This condition was not disclosed upon booking and - in my opinion - remains a form of "extortion", when one arrives at the door late in the evening and realizes that access to the premisses requires additional funds. If I were aware of that particular requirement, I would not have selected that particular accommodation option..
