😊: Pretty well appointed studio apartment. Great to have a washing machine (and clothes rack) there! Very useful. Grocery store within walking distance - not a large one, but adequate. Plenty of street parking available.. 😢: Bit of noise from the unit upstairs which was a little annoying in the early morning..
