As expected, we met Laure and her cute little doggie friends at her home- kind , informative and accessible. It is a beautiful lower level accommodation with a stunning view of the Tyrrhenian sea. We watched beautiful sunrises both mornings we stayed, and had breakfast from the local boulangerie at their terrace area overlooking the sea. The place is impeccably kept and she provides a small kitchen with utensils, air conditioning and washer. Slight limitations included- as some other reviewers have pointed out- a sinuous , narrow access to her small neighborhood and sloped gated driveway. Washer was a plus, but without a dryer we decided not to use it. While very peaceful, there is traffic in immediate streets at the base of their hill, but did not affect us in any way, and may be seen as a plus as there is immediate access to the main road. As pointed out by others, you may bring your own towels and hygienic supplies. Bathroom is nice, no overhead shower, but there is a hand-held sprayer. I did not see these as limitations to reconsider coming back, the place has an unbeatable view, it is peaceful and private, has direct access to main roads, and she is available at any moment should there be an immediate need. Would love to come back and stay again here!

Beautiful view, great pool. Owners were welcoming and helpful. Very kindly drove us to the Corsican ferry terminal for an early departure after handing in our rental car the day before. Great location for Cap Corse excursions and. dining, shopping and sight sight seeing in Bastia.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine, magnifique vue du logement … Laure et son mari nous ont très très bien accueilli et conseillé sur les endroits à visiter sur l’île .

Séjour très agréable chez Dominique et Laure qui sont très accueillants, disponibles et discrets. L’emplacement du logement est idéal près de Bastia, la vue sur mer de la terrasse est superbe, on ne s’en lasse pas!

Nous avons passé 3 belles nuits dans le gîte de Laure et Dominique qui est attenant à leur villa. La vue est magnifique, le gite a tout ce qu’il faut. Quand à nos hôtes ,Laure et Dominique, ils savent être présents tout en restant discrets… Ils ont toujours de bonnes adresses, de bonnes randonnées, etc à recommander. Évidemment c’est une adresse à conserver et à recommander. Nous reviendrons…

Magnifique séjour passé chez un couple hyper sympa et accueillant. Le logement est très bien placé, très confortable et avec une vue à couper le souffle. On a qu'une envie, c'est d'y revenir très vite !

Es war einfach schön hier! Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Lage und der Ausblick einfach großartig und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern unkompliziert, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Es gibt zwar keine Couch, aber wir haben das nicht vermisst. - bei dem Ausblick sitzt man eh die ganze Zeit draußen. Und man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um sich im Umfeld zu bewegen (z.B. um nach Bastia zu kommen oder zum einkaufen). Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Good spot for a good view. Arrived but no dishwasher working as it had broken. You share the pool area with the family so be aware if you want to stay at the apartment and expect 100% access which is intermittent based on owner and family requirements. Towels are not provided. Access to the studio was difficult for us as hair pin bends and accommodation access for height were daunting. So The many plus sides are that of the view;( brilliant) general facilities (although restricted) were good and clean based on my many travels. Internet ineffective due to reception unfortunately which hampered communications. No phone number given to call the owner. If you speak fluent French it will surely help - and my lack of it did not help! Loved Laure and the beautiful dogs and I’m thankful for the experience overall. It was a honeymoon experience where we craved peace and tranquility with views - Nearly achieved! And very thankful x
