😊: Very nice view of the Channel from the small patio, numerous restaurants near by and only 400m to a convenience supermarket.. 😢: No wifi and 61 steps. Fold down bed was comfortable and not a negative issue,.

😊: Good location close to the beach, the restaurants and bars on the sea front Great view of the beach. Ideal for a short break. Compact and functional Perfect for solo traveller. 😢: I do not think there was a lift and the apartment is located on the top floor of the property. Lots of stairs to walk up and down Probably not ideal for older people or people with walking issues.

😊: It is a really nice studio with a wonderful view of a beautiful beach. It is small but has all the amenities. Be aware, it is really small but the owners did the decorating well and feels homely and the layout is very efficient. Price vs. quality is good. Studio is very clean. Close by all kinds of restaurants and museums that you would want to see. Parking is pretty easy and free nearby. Check-in is easy, you get a message from the owner with a code and a picture on how to unlock the lock box with the key. We asked in advance for a check-in at 15:00 instead of 17:00 and they arranged that. You can always ask and the owners respond very fast. There is a lot of info in the room and a map of the area. Of course we use a lot of Tripadvisor and Google maps but I love it when there is a map and just crash on the bed and look at what the locals recommend. I am a bit old school maybe ;-). The bed is comfortable, it is a fold out to save room but good quality and nice, we slept well. We had a great stay!. 😢: There were 2 issues what I think I should mention to fellow travelers. Also why I cannot give this studio more than a 7. We liked our stay but know this before booking. FIRST: NO WIFI. We have been to a lot of places in the world and most have WIFI. For us not a big problem as we are European so our data transfers from country to country and we can easily look up what we need to know on our phones etc.. However, if you want to use a streaming service after a day of sightseeing, that will cost a lot of data. For VISITORS OUTSIDE THE EU, This could be a problem as they do not have data transfer. WIFI is not that expensive in the EU so I do not understand why the owners chose to not have this service available. Certainly as this is an international destination when taking the history in account. This is the first time in Europe we did not have WIFI and we have been all over the continent. SECOND: The gas heater, it stops a lot and then you have no warm water. Yes there are instructions with pictures how to turn it on again so the owners know about the problem but we had to do that 5 times during our stay and in between a lot of checking if the flame is still on... Instead of a shower the second day, I just washed my hair in the sink with cold water. That thing looks old, dear owners, please replace that old heater. With WIFI and a new heater, this place would be an 8,5 for sure. You guys have a nice studio, information before and during the visit is perfect but if you fixed these two issues, it could be great!.

😊: Great location, easy access to the beach , sea view and handy street parking.
