😊: Great location. Basic but well equipped.. 😢: Outside areas were a bit scruffy..

😊: Location and private parking was perfect.. 😢: Just two of us, so the click clack was the only form of comfortable seating and was not really comfortable to sit on in the evening..

😊: Despite others' reviews the door to the bedroom closed fine if you just moved the bed a tiny bit. Quite a lot of dish/cookware.. 😢: Made washing my clothes very difficult (a long song and dance routine and then having to be very alert to their errors and falsehoods just to get some detergent they promised, and had I just followed their instruction and not corrected them their washer and maybe my clothes too probably would have been destroyed). Some dishes still oily. No concierge (despite the listing's advertisement). Ugly plastic over windows kept out light. Kind of a weird location below their parking lot. Cleaner walked straight into the room without even knocking and generally was quite inhuman. The people of Albi with whom I interacted generally were not great to visitors..

😊: Good communication re access to property via codes. Only stayed one night enroute elsewhere. Great shower, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Close proximity to a large open public square/garden area with several eating options. Wifi slow but adequate. Having onsite parking was great - but would be hard to access with a large/tall vehicle.. 😢: Very difficult to navigate to - neither the car's Tomtom GPS nor Google Maps were easy to follow (neither could update quickly enough) and approach was challenging. Some guidance from host would have been useful. Don't stay here if you want natural light - two windows covered over and other shuttered to avoid staring at the car..
