😊: The stunning view into the harbour and access to town train and bus all close to Nice but a quieter local vibe. 😢: Nothi Ng it was all perfect.

😊: Location, location , location!!!. 😢: Booking.com's appalling handling of our booking....request for extra bed (which we paid extra for) was not passed on to host and so our Son had to sleep on the sofa. No word from host about extra bed mishap dispite sending various messages Mould in shower No window blinds...just old shutters that we were scared would break if we tried to close them.

😊: Bright, airy, well equipped, roomy flat with wifi and a balcony with view over the marina. Excellent location with easy access to all transport links..

A very nice apartment in...<br>#128578; The location was very good (apart from the building works). Within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, supermarket and beach. Bus and train stations close and inexpensive. Everything we needed was in the apartment with nice balcony if you wished to sit out. Cindy the real estate agent was very helpful especially when our flight was delayed going out, and allowing us to stay in the apartment until our taxi came to take us to the airport..<br>#128577; The stay was spoiled by the fact that there are 2 separate building sites in the harbour at the moment which we weren't made aware of. One of them is just across the road from the apartment and started work at 7.30 in the morning whilst the other one was still working at 10pm at night. the noise was very intrusive and one of the apartments was also having work done and the noise was so bad we had to leave the apartment and go out (I have made a video which was sent to Cindy the real estate ...

Beaulieu-sur-mer and this apartment -...<br>#128578; Cindy was there to meet us and introduce us to our apartment. From there, it was a fantastic base for our adventures, easy to wander to the local market and restaurants. With a lovely balcony overlooking the marina, we quickly became completely at home.
