Stunning Contemporary Villa with Swimming Pool

Stunning house in a quiet residential location. Perfectly located for all of the surrounding points of interest including the hip towns of Capbreton and Hossegor, or open countryside for biking. 7/8 min walk to local Patisserie/Boulangerie, open 6am - 8pm and 5 min to local Super-U! The house is so well equipped and we felt at home immediately. The hosts were so lovely and welcoming. Aircon and wifi made the stay extra comfortable. The house is a credit to the owners.

We had a great week and the house was very clean and comfortable. The pool and gardens are lovely and the house was well equipped. The location is in a residential area so there is normal housing estate noise like motor bikes and dogs so be aware of this. It didn’t bother us but we normally choose somewhere more remote. Jean, the host, was very welcoming and helpful. It would be even better if there was more information about local restaurants and towns as well as nicer quality sheets. We would recommend it!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet viel Platz. Besonders schön ist der Garten und Pool. Bis zu den Stränden sind es ca. 13 Minuten mit dem Auto. Jean und seine Frau sind sehr nett und tolle Gastgeber. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Jean our host provided us with the most superb holiday villa. 2 years delayed due to the pandemic, it was worth every second. The villa was of an immaculate standard and superb cleanliness. The layout and sizings of the bedrooms was perfect for a family holiday, and with Hossegor so close, we weren’t short of things to do. We look forward to returning!

We spent a wonderful week (4 adults and 4 children) at Jean and Francoise's beautiful house. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, it was wonderful. We were well received, given great tips and a lovely welcome package. The house is as beautiful as in the pictures and it was perfect for us 2 families - the children absolutely loved their week and we parents were able to keep an eye on them and their antics in the pool, while cooking/eating/washing since the layout of the house is perfect. Another great thing was the covered outdoor area, which we used for cooking and eating - we actually did not eat inside once, despite thunder storms one day and rain the next! We were at the house during the week when France was baking in the sun and despite this we were able to sleep comfortably, thanks to the air con - though it was incredibly warm outside during those nights! When we had questions for Jean/Francoise, they were always readily available to help - even sending someone to provide us ice when we had used up all the ice from the ice machine and feared that it had broken... the fridge was working fine, it was just 42•c outside and we had not notice how much ice we were using! We stayed at other properties during our trips to France and I must say it was great to arrive at an immaculate property for once, even if this meant removing everything before checkout (we asked for the cleaning service on departure), it is probably the first time we had a place that was REALLY well cleaned. If you are looking for somewhere in this area and don't want to be in the middle of a lively area, I cannot recommend the place enough. It is perfect for families and people who want to retreat to the peacefulness of a home with all the modern luxuries that you would need. Thanks for the wonderful memories!
