Stunning Juan Les Pins 5 bed Villa with Pool

😊: We never met the host, all was done by WhatsApp, which worked very well and was very flexible for us. The pool was cleaned twice during the week and there was a Wifi problem which was fixed immediately by an expert coming within 1 hour. That was great and super fast. Speaking of fast, the WiFi was fast as the house was equipped with a fiberglass internet connection. The house was big and exactly as it was shown on the images. It was very well equipped and the overall comfort was high. We could do the checkout on our demands a bit later. We could charge our electric vehicle as there was a Tesla wall charger which worked very well. There was a table tennis table as well as a billiard table which we used a lot. There was a washing machine as well as a dryer which was handy to wash and dry our towels after going to the beach (yes, it was warm enough for the beach mid-October). Many other things were great as e.g. the high-quality appliances in the kitchen, the 4 showers (!), and the retractable TV in the master bed room.. 😢: Some previous guests could have taken more care as there were some stains on the sofa. The mattress of the smaller beds could be of higher quality and thus be more comfortable. In the mediterranean region it is unlikely to find heated outdoor pools, but as it was already mid October, it would have been the fifth star if the pool would have been heated (the sea was a bit warmer than the pool). We felt somewhat uncomfortable with an underwater light system being present in the pool as we did not really trust water and electricity in combination... All was good though. Renting later in the year / winter time ... we were wondering if the house would have been equipped with a good heating system. That is not a criticism, we were just wondering, if we could come even later in the off-season. One really disgusting thing in Juan-les-Pines was that a lot of dog owners let their dogs poo on the streets and it happened us twice in one week to step-into ....

😊: Beautiful comfortable home from home with lots of space. Brilliant location near beach town and station. Frequent trains means airport and all the beautiful coastal towns very accessible. Sandy beaches and several public areas meant you don't have to pay crazy sunbed charges. Jlp was quiet, which we also enjoyed. Instructional videos are very useful.kitchen is very well equipped. 😢: We sat out the first night, and all of us were bitten, one of us getting over 20 bites on one leg as you can't see or hear the insects ... maybe it was our soft northern ireland blood type and high humidity.
