Stylish City Pad - Walk to All

😊: This apartment is in a great location, very comfortable and very clean but we wouldn’t stay here again.. 😢: We absolutely loathed the 3rd party verification process. Already travelling and at the mercy of the poor wifi in the area, we had innumerable issues loading their site and attaching images. You must complete the verification or you can’t stay (even if you’ve already paid) and the verifier requires you sign a declaration accepting liability for any and all damages. This liability is not declared anywhere on the booking site. They also require significant personal information not legally required, something we prefer to keep private. The morning after we booked, we were told by the host they would cancel our booking if the verification wasn’t completed by the end of that day despite the fact that we’d already paid in full, submitted information the night before, received online notification that it was successful, and were still a couple of days before arrival. Once verified, we were then inundated with over a dozen messages with instructions about what to do, what not to do and quite frankly, if we could have cancelled without charge, we would have. Check-in information was sent over 3 separate emails for example rather than a single message. We couldn’t wait to be done with this stay before we’d even arrived! Definitely not a relaxing stay. Far too much hassle and definitely not worth the effort. Finally, echoing comments from previous guests, although we knew about the camera in the hallway from the listing, in reality we felt very exposed entering/exiting the only toilet in the property which is right next to the front door being filmed. Next visit we’d book elsewhere..

😊: Stylish, comfort, location, pure quality. Made our holiday special. Everything was within walking distance. Ed, the host was very kind and helpful and made our stay easy and enjoyable . Outside space and the air con were a big bonus in 35 degree heat . If this premium apartment is available do not hesitate to book it , you will be in for a delight!. 😢: Everything was perfect..

😊: Location. 😢: Access difficult in the dark.

😊: Excellent location and very stylish apartment. Free parking in a garage close by and a good internet connection are a bonus.. 😢: Nothing.
