SUBLIME APPARTEMENT

😊: It was a really spacious property in an excellent location of Provins, near local restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Facilities were very good, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Lots of space to hang clothes and storage space for suitcases also.. 😢: We stayed during a heatwave and there was no air con but it was manageable with fans. I sent the host 2 messages asking about facilities (towels, laundry supplies, air con etc) which went unanswered, and we weren’t informed about check-in arrangements until the day of our stay- I had to message first to ask so this was slightly frustrating. Otherwise lovely stay..

😊: Good facilities once we got in.. 😢: We had no prior contact with key code or parking instructions. We were a bit worried all day as we’d had no reply to our Booking.com question. We got no key code so we were stuck in the heat wave 4pm on a Saturday in a busy town with no information. We phoned and he was out of the country but we had no French and he had no English. Luckily he answered and Google translate helped us translate for key code etc. No follow-up from him so it felt uncaring and just had to use public parking..

😊: Pretty Much everything 😍. 😢: It was very frustrating to get the necessary access codes. Suggestion that they, on confirmation send them immediately...
