😊: Clean, great location, secure..

😊: We were extremely disappointed with the condition of the room and the entire apartment. Everything was so dirty that we felt uncomfortable and disgusted using the facilities. The kitchen was in an absolutely unacceptable condition. The forks, spoons and other dishes were greasy, dirty and covered with stains. The kitchen table had clearly not been properly cleaned and still had dirt, stains and coffee residue on it. The floor was extremely dirty, with grease, dirt, food leftovers and rubbish lying around. It looked as if the property had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests. The refrigerator was also extremely dirty and unpleasant. The bathroom was in a terrible condition as well, including dirty towels and generally very poor hygiene. The bed linen clearly did not appear to have been properly changed after the previous guests. There were visible white stains and other marks on the blankets. We felt disgusted and extremely uncomfortable using the bed. The most serious issue was in the children’s room. We found insects that appeared to be bed bugs or other bugs. Our children were bitten, and one child developed a skin allergic reaction on the legs after the bites. We have photographs documenting the condition of the accommodation and the insects we found. There was also dust, dirt and insects throughout the property. The overall level of cleanliness and hygiene was completely unacceptable. This was one of the worst and most unpleasant accommodation experiences we have ever had. We paid for clean and safe accommodation, but instead received a dirty room, a filthy kitchen, dirty bedding and an apparent insect problem. 😊: We didn't meet the owners but they left a welcome note and stocked the fridge for breakfast (halal friendly). Place was clean and comfortable with great facilities like washing machine and drier. 😢: finding the building and the apartment from the street was a nightmare and took the joy out of the arrival - no clear signs/numbers. Also, access to the car park with luggage via the lifts was very confusing - again no clear signs.
