😊: SCAMMERS: THIEVES. everything. the moment i walked in i realized there were no kitchen accessories like tea towels, (to dry hands after washing dishes), kitchen roll, or napkins, what am I supposed to dry my hands with,, my pants? There was a less than half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and two even smaller rolls (one dirty from being old or who knows what) They asked for a 1000€ security deposit which was NEVER mentioned in the reservation and they did this WITHOUT my consent. They had previously sent me a link saying we had to pay a tourism tax or we would not be able to enter the property, They then used these details to charge without my approval or every informing of the security deposit, booking confirms they never specify this dposit in the reservation. When we arrived to the property there was nothing to use in the kitchen excpet a dish sponge and 1 inch of dish soap, nothing else, the towels were small and the biggest sell of this place is the jacuzzi,, It was winter,, xmas eve, the place is a freezing bunker with a not well working air conditioner and we had 2 small towels for 3 days and. 2 nights. The worst part was internet was not working and when i contacted them they said it was vodaphone and would report it,, when all other routers were working perfectly and had full signal,, They then answered that they do not go in places looking for internet,, and to contact only in case of emergency... Outrageous. it was xmas eve and my family is overseas what am I supposed to do pay outrageous telephone bills? Once we left i decided to leave it all behind me and not think about it anymore, Until mid January that i got to notifications form my bank for 2 attmepted charges on my account form the Same Boule dñ amour for 45 €and then , again, 20€. i contacted them they denied it... And am in the middle of a dispute with booking.com regarding these scammers. La baignoire balnéo ne fonctionnait pas correctement, ce qui a réduit le confort attendu de notre séjour. De plus, nous avons accidentellement oublié des produits d'hygiène de luxe dans la salle de bain, et ces derniers ont été jetés par la femme de ménage ... Malgré ces incidents, les propriétaires n'ont jamais proposé de geste commercial ou de rabais pour compenser le dérangement, ce qui est décevant compte ...
