😊: The apartment is well equipped, bed was comfortable, good shower and a beautiful view of the Reims cathedral. Check in i instructions were very clear, the address to pick up the key is 5 minutes walking distance from the actual place. All in all a good place for a short stay.. 😢: The balcony has now chairs and the balcony floor is very dirty, so it’s not recommended to step outside without your shoes. The floor inside the apartment was also not the cleanest but ok if you are staying only for one night or so;).

😊: Back of the house position, with view into gardens, created quite atmosphere, in a busy city. Close to city centre. For a solo traveler this is a good one to pick.. 😢: I mean: not like is strong! It would be fair to renters to clearly know its on( European) 2e floor. I Had 32-34degrees during my stay, a AC unit during summer touring months is not luxury and worth considering. I rented a consecutive 2 x 3days, wich includes also 2x 30Euro cleaning fee! Can this get a solution?.

😊: We absolutely loved the location...perfect! The view of the cathedral was amazing to wake up to and to see it illuminated at night... fantastic! The apartment was very basic but okay.. 😢: As an elderly couple the two steep staircases were horrendous...wished we had known before booking. We had to buy a drying cloth for washed pots and only as only 2 very small cups were there we also bought 2 of our own. Only 2 very small pillows offered... disappointing! No instructions on how to work the washing machine or where to take your rubbish. The information on booking.com should also point out that the coffee machine is for pods....! The cleanliness could have been better! My comments may seem picky but after running my own property rental business in Spain for 10 years I soon found out what matters to customers when renting,especially for a holiday..
