😊: Location was good for access to Perigueux old town, 20 minute walk from train station, it was air conditioned but see below. 😢: There was water all over the floor when we arrived, most likely leaking air conditioning. The apartment is clearly ideal for one couple, as it is all open plan, the bathroom/shower is all visiible to everyone. We had a 50yr old father and his 23 year old son sharing and they didn't really appreciate the lack of privacy from the bathroom.

😊: Comfortable and spacious little apartment which is close to shops and restaurants by a short walk. Everything was provided in the kitchen to self cater and in great condition. The bed was large and quite comfortable with plenty storage space and the lounge area was very comfortable with a 50" smart tv. A very pleasant stay. 😢: Unfortunately the handheld shower rail was broken but thankfully we could still use the rainfall shower. Only 2 coffee pods and no milk provided. I expect a little more if i'm staying somewhere labelled a diamond luxury suite but just my opnion..

😊: Well located. 😢: The property stinks of cigarette smoke and is filthy. The accommodation needs a DEEP CLEAN. Filthy skirting boards, dirty floors & tiles, dirty toilet door, stained shower tray… rotten skirting board needs replacing and unfinished DIY work. Avoid unless you like to smell of nicotine!!! Horrid!!!.
