😊: Spacious, clean great location for exploring Chantilly with easy access via train to Paris. Excellent information on how to access the property prior to arrival.. 😢: Last train home from Paris is at 10pm therefore had to get an Uber back after seeing the tower sparkle..

😊: The suite was clean and well-equipped The beds were very comfortable, and the host was reactive and responsive via WhatsApp. It is in a quiet courtyard, which is very charming, and within walking distance of the hippodrome, town centre and castle.. 😢: Maybe not enough plug sockets, and a full length mirror would have been useful..

😊: Great location and very clean. 😢: We choose self catering over a hotel so we could cook local produce. The kitchen had the usual rental issues of blunt knives but more than anything was the lack of pans and serving dishes. Only one small saucepan and two huge cauldron like 10 litre pans. One small frying pan and lids missing or the wrong I don’t want to be over critical but updating these items would not be a major expense. Other than that the stairs in the bedroom next to the bed are make it difficult to get in and out. These issues aside we would be happy to stay there again A small final point is that Booking.com state a 11.00 am checkout but the agents turned up at 10.00 stating that was the time to vacate..

😊: The location was within easy walking distance of all the city's attractions. Chantilly is a beautiful city, and my partner and I wish we could have spent more time exploring it. From the outside, the house looked a tiny bit tired, but inside it was clean, fresh, recently remodelled and very comfortable. The house was the perfect short-stay accommodation. After staying in hotel rooms for the previous two weeks, it was nice to be able to spread out. If you had children staying in the house, I'm sure they would love sleeping in the attic.. 😢: The issues with the property were very minor and incredibly first-world. I have provided feedback to the host, and hopefully, they will be easily fixed for future guests. Some of these were: For the living room size, the TV could have been bigger. There was no ironing board (but there was an iron). The pedestrian access gates did not work from the outside courtyard to the street, but we used the main gate as a workaround. There was no power outlet in the bathroom..
