😊: The place was comfortable with everything you may need, 15min walk from the town, close to metro, bus etc, in a quiet neighborhood. The communication with the owner was perfect, ready to assist at any time and to any inquiry. Check in and out was easy, with all details given promptly. I really appreciated the complimentary coffee capsules.. 😢: For better security, I would prefer the shutter of the window to lock and not just close I didn't appreciate much the guarantee amount, it's kinda big, though I do understand the reason for it...

😊: Good and convenient location, large room with many features, nice decoration, helpful hosts.. 😢: Had to carry my luggage up the stairs to the property (no lift).

😊: The apartment was clean (from inside), at a good location and with all the necessary facilities.. 😢: Oven was available, but without backing papers. Door mate and carpet were dirty..

😊: Location, communication, equipment, parking, calm and quiet apartment.. 😢: The house from the outside and the entrance do not reflect the quality of the apartment..

😊: We liked the design of the flat, it was very colourful, cute and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, everything needed was there. All the appliances worked, the Internet worked perfectly, the heating system worked fine, there was also SmartTV with many streaming platforms which we really liked. The staff replied quickly to all our questions. The location was just perfect, almost all tourist sites were at the walking distance. I only used the subway once to go to the zoo, otherwise it was possible to walk everywhere within 30 min. The train/bus station is 10 min from the flat.. 😢: We were unpleasantly surprised the front door cannot be locked. There was just a retractable roller blind we had to close, but then there was no sunlight inside... The flat was so cute but it deserves a deep clean. There was so much dust in the wardrobe and in the corners of the rooms. I'm afraid there was also mold in the kitchen counter. After a while, in the evening, the hot water stopped running. There was no notice something like that might happen. It's understandable that hot water doesn't run all the time, we'd just like to have the information and bath according to it..
