😊: Comfy bed/mattress.Cleanliness.. 😢: There is no lift. And my room was on the 4th floor. It was not good with luggage to carry. There was no bar of soap provided let alone shampoo. I had to pop out to buy one. The room is next to a gare and literally over the railways. Too noisy. It is bad unless you are fond of trains and rails. Duvet cover and pillowcases had small holes. Bedsheet had severe pilling all over. Coffee machine is a good brand, but not a piece of coffee capsule has been provided complimentarily..

😊: Nothing.. 😢: ⸻ Don’t stay here. Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. First, check-in is not allowed until 5 p.m. Even after 5 p.m., I was not given access codes because I needed to enter a “secret PIN” that I was never sent. After an angry call from the “host,” I was finally sent the PIN. They don’t allow check-in before paying a €300 deposit or a non-refundable €20 fee. When I finally got in: dirty dishes in the sink cupboard, no hot water and a clogged toilet with sick in it which became increasingly full when I tried flushing. I had to buy a plunger and fix it myself (DISGUSTING) after the host and Booking didn’t reply to my complaints. The room is directly above the train station and noisy as hell. And the 4th-floor walk-up is brutal—these are huge flights of stairs. Don’t stay here. You will seriously regret it..

😊: Location close to center.. 😢: When checking in they requested 300 euro reserve or 20 euro withou return for cleaning, felt like scam. The apartment is right above train station and it is very loud..
