😊: I had a big problem with the lock codes. It took me two hours to open the door and I was desperate because I had a child with me. I had no support and no one came to help me. I wrote to the host and he did nothing. I'm honest and I felt very embarrassed because I had told him the time I would be arriving with my family. My husband and I are disappointed, because the host charged me an extra 20 euros for calling him, and demanded that I leave the 20 euros inside the room. I felt robbed and very sad, because my son, who is autistic, has been scared for two days. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
