😊: DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT. The photos are completely inaccurate. The apartment was disgustingly dirty, the bedsheets had a bad odour, they were stained and covered in hair. The toilet seat was broken. There was mould in the bathroom. The shower was dirty. There was hair in the sink and on the walls. The kitchen hob was covered in dried crumbs/stains. The apartment had completely different curtains and was half painted, there was not clothing rail or storage unit or any nice decoration items like the flowers/vase. It looks like they used AI to generate photos for this apartment. I was also charged a non refundable 20 Euros upon check in which was not mentioned in the listing. I contacted the host who ignored me so I called booking.com at 10pm on the night we checked in to file a complaint. I took photos of everything and I have escalated the complaint with Booking.com.. 😢: Everything. It was a dirty apartment and nothing like the photos..
