😊: Nicely organised long and narrow space with a lot of windows.. 😢: Complicated key instructions and check out requests were sent only in French..

😊: Location is great for exploring Reims on foot, but be aware that the main street leading to the center is currently under reconstruction, which makes the area very dusty. 😢: Unfortunately, this is the worst apartment I’ve ever stayed at in France. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable — I couldn’t sleep at all. The floor was dirty, with dust in the corners, and the kitchen napkin had a strange smell. The bathroom was particularly unpleasant: there was visible mould, the ceiling was cracked due to moisture, and the sink had traces of mould and rust. I also received 8–9 messages from the hosts. A couple were helpful (with codes for entry and Wi-Fi), but I was also asked to strip the bed sheets, which didn’t feel very hospitable. Overall, I do not recommend this apartment. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and far from a welcoming stay.

😊: Cleaning was done at a surface level. The floor was sticky and dirty, meaning this hadnt been wiped for a while. The room in general had a damp smell and this is because there was mold in the bathroom. The place would have been great if the cleaning team put better effort. There was dust and a pair of socks behind the toilet, indicating that place hadnt been cleaned for a while also. Pillow also smelt damp and was barely a pillow, no structure whatsoever.
