😊: : The location. It is really walking distance to any place of interest, yet far enough from nightlife noise. The parking and small terrace are life-saving, considering complexity of parking anywhere during high season. The place itself has a beachy-antiquey vibe, like 70ies summer home, with vintage art etc. Very stylish and comfy. All necessities are there as well. 😢: - Had to wait for an hour upon arrival & contact booking support, as the owner had incorrect phone number in details, and didn’t share any check-in instructions. The responsibility of setting correct communication channel is 100% with the owner, and we found the whole experience of waiting midday under hot sun & calling support very disappointing, and it was brushed off - no apology, no acknowledgment or compliment offered. “You could have used car horn” is not a solution IMO. - No language besides French spoken, could be a potential challenge if guests don’t speak French. - The “private” terrace is actually not so private - the other guests share the yard, and it is apparently possible to come back to someone’s cigarette still slowly burning out on your terrace..
