Superb apartment, downtown, private parking, quiet with elevator

Claude and Ginette were incredibly helpful in familiarizing us with the property and the area (groceries, markets, cafes, etc.) and provided very useful tips for negotiating local visits. They could not have been nicer. We would rebook this apartment without hesitation.

Excellent location for accessing stores, restaurants, museums and historic sites. The host was pleasant, helpful, and patient with our lack of French language skills. The apartment is spacious and thoughtfully decorated and appointed. There is a very nice collection of books. The kitchen is modern and bright with everything we needed.

Apartment was a bit dated, but overall a great location, off-site parking and the owners are so lovely and caring! Perfect for 2 people and the washer/dryer was a lifesaver. Highly recommend. Périgueux is a great town.

This was our second time staying at the apartment. It is well located - easy walking distance to E. Leclerc supermarket and to the Wednesday and Saturday markets where you can buy cheeses, fresh produce, nougat, etc. Great location for visiting Sorge, Monbazillac , etc. About an hour’s drive to Sarlat. Very good communication with hosts- you may need to use Google translate if your French is limited. Great value for the location and amenities. An older apartment. We would stay again.

Nous étions comme chez nous. M et Mme Mansoy nous ont très bien reçu. L'appartement est près du centre ville, calme et avec parking. Périgueux est une ville à découvrir avec ses quartiers anciens et romains. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La location est à retenir. M et Mme Delavergne.

L appartement est vaste, entretenu avec soin et dispose de toutes les commodités. Situé à 10 min à pied du centre pietonnier et historique de Périgueux, mais aussi des commerces de proximité. La voiture est heureusement stationnée en parking souterrain et permet des visites dans un proche périmètre comme Hautefort, Brantome, Bourdeilles. En résumé un sejour très réussi et une hôte à l'écoute qui nous donne envie de revenir !

bel appartement , proche du centre et de la vieille ville à pied. Les propriétaires , d'une grande gentillesse ,sont à l'écoute et disponible. Le plus ,le garage car très difficile de se garer dans le quartier

Sehr schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen, aber nach hinten - es ist wunderbar ruhig! Die Altstadt ist in fünfMinuten fußläufig erreichbar. Dort gibt es viele gute Restaurants, zahllose Läden und Geschäfte. Museen sind gut erreichbar.
